Patch 0.03

Changes in this version:

• Fixed the timer to actually reset when a second game is played.
• Fixed repairing to try and repair other resources instead of repairing in order. (previously if you were out of bolts, and had metal sheets or wires, you couldn't repair those until bolts was repaired)
